Reminder to please update your action plans that were due Friday, July 24, 2020 on SmartSheet or submit your action plan to Jill Powelson. For new collaborative participants without data, you do not have to submit an action plan.
Please find the template located in the library folder. The template is used as a working document to provide a description of the work being done by your organization to achieve your goals throughout the CPX collaborative. AMGA will request periodic submission of this document for progress review and to help facilitate the groups in achieving their goals.
